Building Bridges…Finding Solutions
About Us
LPF Mediation was formed in 2012 by Lynn P. Fried as principal.

Lynn P. Fried’s professional background includes more than 25 years of experience in key leadership positions at major national and international organizations, including Oxford University (U.K.), Yale University, Metropolitan Opera Association and public broadcasting’s Thirteen/WNET. Her areas of expertise include fundraising, strategic planning and building consensus among diverse constituencies. It was over this period of her career that she honed her listening skills and ability to bring people together.

On a personal level, Lynn’s experience with her own family opened her eyes to the challenge of handling loss, stress and change of circumstances as loved ones age. She observed that for many adult siblings, conflict over agonizing decisions regarding aging parents often seemed unresolvable.

The desire to help families come together and make shared decisions, and to apply her experience and current interests to accomplishing that goal, inspired Lynn to enter the mediation field. After completing professional mediation training, she formed LPF Mediation, specializing in elder and adult family conflict resolution.
